This is a very disturbing decision by the U.S. Supreme where the majority of the court seems to suggest by their ruling, that finality is more important than an innocent individual being incarcerated for a crime he/she didn’t commit.

All three Democratic appointees dissented from the GOP ruling, but Jackson wrote her own 39-page dissent.
