We are Hiring!!

PSKB is looking for a bright, enthusiastic and motivated person to join our team. Successful candidates will be well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a small office of attorneys and paralegals remotely. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels), and be proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism is crucial to this role. Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail are equally important.

We strongly prefer support experience from a legal environment, but will consider other work experience for the right candidate. Duties will include:

- Pick up mail from our Petaluma office.
- Review, and upload scanned mailings.
- Communicate with Clients to request additional information necessary to advance litigation
- Draft Complaints and ancillary documents
- Draft Correspondence
- Act as a witness for estate plan signings
- Provide other support to attorneys and paralegals as firm needs may require.

This position is remote, but light local travel will be required on a regular basis, so candidates must be local to Sonoma County.

Please join one of the most important and impactful fundraisers of the year, 1000 Petaluma Bowls! It will look a little different this year. We will be hosting a bowl painting party over Zoom to benefit Petaluma People Services Center's Meals on Wheels Program. For just $20, you will get the supplies and paints needed to decorate your bowl. The bowls will be auctioned off on November 27th. For an additional $25, you can purchase your bowl to keep or give as a one of a kind holiday gift! All proceeds go to PPSC's Meals on Wheels Program. During shelter in place, with so many seniors isolating at home, the number of recipients of this program has nearly doubled - with over 2600 meals being delivered a month.
