Congratulations to our clients on the occasion of the purchase of their new home!! It was challenging but we finally crossed the finish line yesterday!! Sending out CONGRATULATIONS to Tania Lopez for being selected to receive honors and recognition by Scouting America this coming Fall!! We have had the pleasure of working with her for many years and she has been so active in arranging new home financing for people in our community! In some cases she has been able to put clients into programs that allowed them to purchase a new home when they thought they would not be able to qualify for financing. In her capacity as Director of Community Lending for OceansFirst Bank, she has only increased her effectiveness in assisting businesses and non-profit groups obtain funding to enhance the work being done in our community! Based upon all this, it is obvious that this award is very well earned!!

Yesterday was a busy day at Gonzalez and Polanco as we had four real estate closings!! Thank you so much to all of the realtors such as Anthony Hernandez of Petrabestrealty who trusted us to assist their clients with the legal aspects of their transactions. Thank you to Lizette Pellot and the ladies of M.A.D. Title who cleared away Title issues for us. And of course, thank you especially to our own Vi Marie Nieves and Odi Vera who got us to the closing table!! I know that Vimarie especially wanted to make sure it was an especially productive day since it was her last day working full time with our office before starting her exciting next chapter!!
