They trusted me every step of the way by following my recommendations on how to prepare their home for that right buyer that was on the way. I in return made sure that I showed them my value by keeping them informed of the activity in their market, conducting multiple open houses, chasing feedback after every showing, negotiating terms that were in their best interest once an offer was received and meeting the appraiser at the property with a thorough value report.
