Your house does NOT have to be “ready to sell” before you call me. 👏🏼

This one definitely wasn’t. 😂

The tenant had just moved out, so our contractor “Big J Lil j”and I went over to figure out exactly what we were working with.

Let’s just say…

😳 The smell hit us before the potential did. Plenty of stuff was left behind. There are repairs to tackle. We discovered the back door wasn’t even secure, so thankfully my contractor was there and immediately cut a board to secure the property.

But here’s what I ALSO saw:
A house with a ton of potential in a great area.

And this is the part of real estate I genuinely love.

You hand me the messy house.
The tenant-damaged rental.
The inherited property full of stuff.
The house that hasn’t been updated in 25 years.
The one where you’re standing in the middle of it thinking, “Where do I even start?”

I don’t have time. 😂

Not in the “my life is falling apart” way… in the “I’ve gotten REALLY good at figuring out what deserves my time” way.

After 12 years in real estate, I’ve learned that being good at this job isn’t about doing everything the hard way.

It’s about knowing what matters, being efficient, and saving your time for the people who actually need you.

And somewhere between being Mom, airport runs, George tagging along, and real estate… the job still gets done.

But my hair appointment?
I WILL find time for that. The grays will not win. 😂
