💼 Responsibilities
• Manage incoming leads and scheduling consultations
• Manage CRM tracking, lead nurturing, and the client onboarding process
• Maintain a professional and empathetic client experience
• Coordinate attorney and paralegal calendars
• Handle e-filing and document submissions to the courts
• Support attorneys and paralegals with overflow tasks

✅ Qualifications
• No legal experience required—training provided
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
• Empathetic, client-focused mindset
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems

🎁 Compensation & Benefits
• Starting pay: $20/hour

Neighbors! O.J. Semmes needs our help! The school offers a wonderful program where students work hard to earn "Dolphin Dollars", which can be used to purchase items from their Dolphin Store. The trouble is, the store needs inventory! Please consider donating any of these items to the school. You can drop off your donations at their front desk.
