Some of the Zarzaur Law Gavels had the opportunity to do an open water swim clinic this morning with the amazing Cheryl Corvo, and it was such a great experience!

The conditions were absolutely perfect, Cheryl’s tips and coaching were awesome, and the team camaraderie made it even better.

Huge thanks to Cheryl for sharing her knowledge and helping us build confidence and skills in open water!

Fun run this weekend at the Waves to Wine 5k on the old Bushwacker 5k course. Steven Fair represented for the Gavels and won 3rd in age group! Congratulations 🎈!!

The Zarzaur Law triathlon team was out this morning putting in the work together….early miles, steady effort, and a lot of great energy on the road. Nothing better than training alongside teammates that make the hard sessions a little easier (and a lot more fun).🧡

Some traditions never get old 😂🙌
Jeffers Pascal bringing the energy and sticking the famous finish line cartwheel once again at the Ironman 70.3 Gulf Coast!

After miles of swimming, biking, and running, he somehow still had enough left in the tank to cartwheel across the finish line in style. The cartwheel has officially become part of race day tradition and we wouldn’t expect anything less!

Way to race hard, have fun, and keep everyone smiling all weekend 👏🔥

Nothing better than celebrating race weekend together!

The Zarzaur Law Gavels are more than a triathlon team. We are a community that shows up for one another through hard training days, setbacks, victories, and unforgettable memories. So thankful for everyone who raced, volunteered, cheered, supported, and celebrated with us this weekend.

These post-race dinners always remind us that while medals are great, the friendships and camaraderie are what make this journey truly meaningful. 🧡

What a fun weekend for the Zarzaur Law Gavels
at the IRONMAN 70.3 Gulf Coast! Not only did the team show up strong on race day, but they also made the news! 🎥🧡

The news captured Ryan Crisco and Laura Nelms Brewer representing the heart of what the Zarzaur Law Gavels are all about…camaraderie, perseverance, and having fun while chasing big goals.

Nearly 2,000 athletes are spending their beach vacation swimming, biking and running more than 70 miles as they compete in Ironman 70.3 Gulf Coast.

Big congratulations to the Zarzaur Law Triathlon Team for an outstanding showing at Ironman 70.3 Gulf Coast!

What an incredible day of racing and teamwork across the board:

Individual Results:
Ludmila Cosio-Lima – 2nd place in Age Group
Laura Nelms Brewer – 5th place in Age Group

Relay Results:
The Gavel Girlz earned 2nd Female Relay Team
-Katie Kortman, Renee Alderman, & Beverly Fair

The Gavel Guys earned 3rd Male Relay Team
-Steven Fair, Troy Timmons, and Dean Craig (Dean stepped in last minute & delivered a huge effort)

🏆 Team Award
-Zarzaur Law Triathlon Team took 3rd place team award, with a strong showing of Zarzaur Law athletes representing the team across the course and supporting each other from start to finish.

From age group podiums to relay podiums to team member PRs and persevering through difficult situations, this was a true team effort and a great reflection of the grit, preparation, and support within the group. Way to go Gavels!

Tomorrow, 20 members of Zarzaur Law Gavels will take on 70.3 Ironman Gulf Coast!
Months of training has led to this moment.

Now we’re hoping the weather decides to cooperate so everyone can get out there safely, have fun, and enjoy an awesome day doing what we love.

No matter what race day brings, we’re proud of every athlete toeing the line tomorrow. Let’s go Gavels! 🏊🚴🏃

A few Gavels ran in the Fiesta 10K/5K -It was cool and rainy before the race and rained intermittently throughout. Beverly Fair won 5K Grandmasters Female- Kimberly White won 1st in AG on 5K- Steven Fair won 1st in AG 5K - Ryan Crisco was 4th in AG 4th on the 10K! All had fun despite the weather that tried to derail the race again this year. Congratulations everyone!
