Mortgage rates jumped from 7.03% to 7.28% this past week. What does that actually mean for a Greater Pensacola buyer? 📈

On a $400,000 home with 20% down, the difference is roughly $54/month in principal and interest.

That doesn't mean panic. It means run the numbers.

Price matters, but so do your rate, monthly payment, financing strategy and any seller concessions you may be able to negotiate.

Don't just ask, “What's the price?”
Ask, “What does this house cost me per month?” and "What financial tools can help me?"
