Job Title: NJ Personal Injury Lien Resolution Paralegal

New Jersey personal injury law firm seeking an experienced paralegal/claims specialist to handle medical lien and subrogation resolution for settlements.

Responsibilities:

* Research and resolve Medicare, NJ Medicaid/DMAHS, and private health insurance liens.
* Conduct Medicare conditional-payment and Medicaid recovery searches.
* Identify ERISA vs. non-ERISA plans and applicable subrogation rights.
* Obtain payment ledgers, lien/demand figures, and final resolutions.
* Compare claimed payments with injury-related treatment.
* Maintain lien-resolution spreadsheets for each settlement.
* Communicate with Medicare, Medicaid, insurers, TPAs, and benefit plans.
* Assist attorneys with lien reduction negotiations.
* Obtain written final lien resolutions/releases before settlement disbursement.

Required: Hands-on experience with New Jersey personal injury settlements and medical lien/subrogation resolution. Medicare, NJ Medicaid, and ERISA experience strongly preferred.
