Our Story
The owner of the firm, Neeraj L. Shah, has earned an MBA, the C.P.A. designation and is admitted as an Attorney and Counselor at Law in all of the Courts of NYS and the U.S. Tax Court. Anything you reveal to him as an attorney is privileged and confidential. The information cannot be discovered by the IRS or any other state taxing agency. Therefore, you should feel comfortable talking to Neeraj about your legal problems in complete confidence.
Neeraj is admitted as an Attorney and Counselor at Law in all of the Courts of NYS and the U.S. Tax Court. Taken together, Neeraj is in the unique position to deliver a superior product.
