August was one of those months where life really happened—the highs, the quiet lows, and everything in between that makes you slow down and reflect on how quickly things move.

Looking back, there were so many moments that made the month meaningful, and this was definitely one of them. Getting together with my HACCOF family to celebrate both my birthday and Dr. Jyd’s was such a good, grounding memory.

I’m just deeply grateful for every lesson, every quiet moment of growth, and the incredible people who keep me lifted through it all. Moving forward into the next chapter with a grateful heart. 🙏🏼
