Sometimes real estate transactions aren’t pretty. 🏚️➡️🏡

This fixer-upper came with piles of belongings left behind, unexpected bumps in the road, and a buyer who was emotionally exhausted while staying with family, dogs, cat, and all. There were definitely moments where it felt overwhelming.

But with some outside-the-box thinking, tough love, a whole lot of negotiation, teamwork from everyone involved, and faith that the Lord can move mountains… we got it DONE. 🙌🔑

Today, my buyer is officially a homeowner, and that’s exactly why I love what I do. Real estate isn’t always HGTV glam, sometimes it’s messy, stressful, emotional, and requires digging deep to find solutions. But helping someone reach the finish line makes every challenge worth it. ❤️

Some days in real estate are all champagne closings and happy tears… and some days require a deep breath by the pool and a whole lot of problem solving. 🏡💭🍷
Today was one of those frustrating days. A promise in a transaction wasn’t kept, and my buyer, who was supposed to be moving into his new home tomorrow, is currently staying on a relative’s couch with his dogs. 💔🐾
Moments like this are the part of real estate people don’t always see behind the pretty pictures and “SOLD” signs. But this is also where experience, persistence, and refusing to give up matter most. 💪
The good news? After a lot of phone calls, negotiating, and thinking outside the box, I may have found a solution that keeps my client from losing the home altogether. It may mean a delay… but hopefully not a defeat. 🙏
Tonight, I’m choosing to breathe, regroup, and remind myself why I fight so hard for my clients. Tomorrow is a new day. ☀️
