The primary bath at 627 Huntington Lake Circle was renovated this year. Not "recently," not last year — 2026, finished, done.
Marble runs from the floor and the surround of the oversized soaking tub straight into the walk-in glass shower, where the floor is a herringbone mosaic and the niche matches it, with a built-in seat. The vanity is quartz with double sinks and custom cabinetry. There is a separate water closet, updated lighting, a glass globe pendant over the tub and sconces that match it.
Then there is the drawer. The electrical outlets are built into the vanity drawers, so a hair dryer lives plugged in behind a closed drawer front and the counter stays clear. Nobody does that by accident. Somebody sat down with a cabinet maker and asked for it.
The bath sits off a first-floor primary suite with its own two walk-in closets and an arched transom framing the lake — part of a floor plan where the primary, the office, the laundry and the main living spaces all stay on one level. The great room gets its volume from a cathedral ceiling and clerestory windows, with a marble fireplace and custom built-ins, and the kitchen works around a raised breakfast-bar peninsula and a window over the sink. An all-season sun room off the back runs on the central system — a real room, not a three-season porch — with a door straight out to the patio and the fire pit. Upstairs, two guest suites, a loft overlooking the great room and a conditioned walk-in storage room most villas this size don't have.
