NOTICE:
The Pascagoula Police Dept. has brought to my attention the fact that someone has been using my name to scam individuals by agreeing to represent them and requesting retainer payments in Apple gift cards. They are using the email address [email protected], which is not an email address that we use nor that I have created. I will be reporting this issue to Google; however, if you receive any messages from this email address or are told to use it by anyone, please know that it is a scam, and it is unaffiliated with our office.

The only phone number our office uses is 228-369-7695. We do not use any other phone numbers. If you ever receive a request to make a payment from our office, please be sure to call this number to confirm the request is valid.

Also, we will never request payment for services through gift cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, Cashapp. All of our requests come from our client portal. Again, you can always call our office to confirm the request and payment method. We also primarily communicate with our clients through our client portal rather than email.

Finally, any time you wish to contact an attorney, please visit the state’s Bar Association Lawyer Directory to make sure you are contacting the correct person. There are evildoers out there who will take advantage of people who are not tech or internet savvy.

Happy Birthday to Kristen Buchanan, your fave legal assistant who does everything from answering the phones to filing court documents to updating clients to managing calendars to keeping the attorney on task…all before 5 pm! A superwoman indeed.

We are moving just around the corner to Convent Avenue in Pascagoula. We’ll begin meeting clients and potential clients in our new office on May 18th.
In the meantime, as we pack up the current office, we will not have in-person meetings unless it is an emergency. Our phones may be out of service between May 15th and May 19th. As always, current clients can reach out to us via the MyCase client portal.
