An honor to appear live with on with re chilling allegations of sexual assault by several women against US Congressman . Having represented over 150 victims of child and adult sexual abuse, it is imperative that a deep dive investigation be conducted to determine whether others were aware of the alleged nefarious conduct and failed to report the sexual assault(s) to law enforcement. Usually, when a sexual predator (public figure) abuses more than one victim over the span of several years, there is usually people on the inner circle who aid and abet the commission of these terrible sexual assaults. True accountability will entail a copious investigation to potentially implicate cohorts who facilitated the ongoing alleged sexual wrongdoings. If taxpayer money was used to allegedly take these women to dinner and have drinks that led to a sexual assault, then a federal investigation is also warranted by the DOJ.

Based on years of representing nearly 200 victims of sexual abuse, nobody is above the law! The local DA in LA County, state attorney general and possibly the DOJ should immediately commence a criminal investigation into Cesar Chavez sexual abuse allegations. Even though Chavez is deceased, we must find out if there were co conspirators who aided and abetted the abuse. Child sexual abusers in positions of power like Chavez rarely act alone! Newsflash! If you haven't seen then you are missing arguably the best TV drama series ever! My daughter introduced to me this show and we both became enveloped by the intriguing plot lines, superb acting and brilliant writing by . We felt like we knew the characters, their personalities and ultimately related to their joys and setbacks on an organic and authentic level. I was deeply immersed in the dramatic twists and turns and didn't want the show to end. Alana and I shared tears when it ended. When is the last time you felt that? TV and movies are a calming outlet for me in life given my ongoing anxiety and . was just the therapy that I needed. Our favorite characters were Wrigley played by , Pippa played by , Bree played by .missal and Teagan played by . What are you waiting for! We promise you will enjoy the ride of a lifetime.

to the week of 4th of July this past summer where I went to visit my daughter at the summer camp at . This picture is one of my all time favorites! I felt our indelible bond and the immeasurable closeness that we developed over the years ♥️. The pride I felt in this picture is boundless. To see Alana go from a young camper at the YMCA to being a camp counselor and impacting the lives of young people fills my heart with joy and fulfillment. Alana wrote in my Father's Day card this year, "Iove how easy it is to talk to you about anything. You continue to show me that I am your #1 by the simplest things, whether that is taking me somewhere when you are super busy, watching a show with me, or coming home early just to spend time together. Thank you for being my best friend and dad all in ONE." Well, Alana I am writing this to announce to the world that you will always be my number 1! forever 💙. Love, your dad and "buddy."

There is no better musician and performer on the planet than . His lyrics are thoughtful, intentional and empowering. Keith’s music over the years has calmed my soul, inspired me and helped me manage my anxiety and PTSD since surviving the Las Vegas shooting. I nearly quit being a lawyer after the shooting. I felt guilty living when those younger than me died. I still grapple with social anxiety and fatalistic thoughts but when I turn on songs like , , and , it takes me to a safe and innocent place. Thank you for being the calming force in my life through your beautiful music 🙏. Your music has given me hope to continue to live a purposeful life and to treasure the simple pleasures in life. Caption for feed: Growing up in a small western PA town, I never had access to any summer camps. I felt like an outcast. During my mom’s terminal illness and ultimate death, as a young boy, I was always in survival mode working at a very young age during my summers. I vowed that when I became a parent, I would send my kids to summer camp. Having seen my daughter come home with a smile on her face for years attending the I decided to create a program (Claypool’s Clan) to pay for summer camp tuition for deserving children who can’t afford to attend. I believe every child should have the chance to create a lifelong memory at camp. 🩵 Last summer, we impacted the lives of 65 children. My goal this summer is to bring joy to the lives of 100 campers!
Thank you for coordinating this life changing program and for the lovely postcard we share with each attendee. We hope that each recipient will want to “pay it forward” to another child when they grow up. Have a blast campers!

Recently celebrated little Gianna's 1st birthday 🎂 party with and our neighbors. Grateful for the journey of surrogacy to bring G here including . All the glory to God. Pursue in life what warms your heart and nourishes your soul. Having parented my first daughter Alana completely altered my view of life. The unwavering love 🩷she and I have shared filled my heart with boundless love, joy and contentment. My priorities shifted for the better. Knowing that God annointed me with the privilege of bringing Alana into the world calmed me. It has been by far the best years of my life! Building an indelible bond with Alana that continues to blossom inspired me to have another little girl. Alana will always be my number 1. These are the things in life that melt my heart. What tugs at your heart? I don't need to be traveling the world, meeting lots of women and partying. I still aspire to get married to the right woman but am not in despair. Taking Alana to a surprise album release is what nurtures my heart. Picking out a cute hip new dress for Gianna on IG is what excites me. Pay attention to what comforts you. Be real! Don't be afraid to pursue dreams that might be unconventional 🤗

Last night was a magical evening. I drove 75 minutes in traffic to kidnap my daughter from her campus at Loyola Marymount and scurry over to the album release concert at the Kia Forum. Alana introduced me to her music. Tate's new album is "So Close to What." She is rock star 🌟 talented. Her songs are exhilarating. They are thoughtful, compelling, relevant and inspirational. Tate is also very humble. Two of my fav songs on the new album are and . Check out Tate's new album. I am thankful Alana invited me to attend the concert because creating lifelong memories with her are what is most important in life to me. I never had that growing up. I want Alana to always know that she is the most important person on the planet and that being her father is by far the best thing that ever happened to me! ♥️🙏
