Harvard Law trained attorney, Bryan Stevenson, provides a sobering and insightful look into our legal system, with a deep understanding of constitutional principals. The LA immigration courts are scheduled to resume hearings on September 21, 2020. USCIS in the LA area have resumed in-person interviews.

Immigration court hearings have been postponed through September 4, 2020. Although USCIS is open, it is unclear if the USCIS is scheduling any interviews in LA or Orange County, but I have not received any notices since March...

All non-detained immigration court hearings in LA have been postponed through July 4, 2020. A few other locations nationally have reopened. If you have a case, call the immigration court beforehand at 1-800-898-7180.
