6 years and a day ago the falsified sham fairytale Federal Racketeering Conspiracy Indictment charged against me which would have imprisoned me for the remaining years of my Life was dismissed after my fighting over 2 years and 9 months. I never said a fcuken word and invoked Miranda like I have been preaching over 25 years as a criminal defense lawyer. The Government thought I would roll. This bu****it "case" was scammed into existence via intentional, unlawful and false Federal Grand Jury testimony forced down the obese throat of a bitch, coward, punk named Jefferson Dee Martin. He was caught selling Disneyland Grade Fireworks and was offered a deal; falsely testify in open court that I committed overt acts in furtherance of a Conspiracy to benefit the MC I once belonged to or go to prison. The male kunt Jefferson Dee Martin chose the former. I was kidnapped from my home at 5am on June 16, 2017 and fought for my life when the charges were finally dismissed on 04/13/2020.

A fat urban cowboy POS in the MC said I was a Rat and after my Kidnapping that I was going to testify against everyone in the crew. This lie was co-signed by a now jilted lover who was subsequently ousted from his lofty position within the Club for tapping the till and just bring an all around dick who sent me down the road while I was fighting these B.S. charges back in 2017 for the whole team

I never signed for Time served like others who still thrive within the organization. I Never rat or informed on anyone ever but rumors were spoken aloud that I was in the pocket of Uncle Sam because I was released by the Judge from custody [as were others before and after me].

Those alleged comrades who once swore to respect & protect me turned out to be absolute s**t. I found out who my true friends are/were and they are countable on 1 hand.

F**k the following and their kin: David Karpel the Washington D.C Organized Crime Task Force Prosecutor who authored this sham proceeding, Matthew Neal the Dept of Homeland Security Special Agent who led the illegal Indictment and lost his job due to this unlawful Indictment, John Ciccone the coward POS hop-a-long gimp ATF Agent who was at my residence securing this unlawful Kidnapping, the kid, Yeti, Aaron, P**o W***y, the white pants wearing tramp Prosecutor who argued to no avail to keep me in custody away from my family and lastly Jefferson Dee Martin you disloyal, fool ass, bitch made punk Uncle Sam fellating loser.

Exactly 8 years ago today my home was surrounded and I was awoken at 5am by over a dozen armed criminal conspirators masquerading as law enforcement. They had a Federal warrant for my arrest for Racketeering Conspiracy which carries with it a Life in Federal Prison sentence. I was intentionally and falsely indicted by a Federal Grand Jury based on force fed lies and fabrications by a fat white supremacist coward turd male va**na named Jefferson Dee Martin. Washington D.C. Organized Crime Task Force Prosecutor David Karpel (his ancestors should have been wiped out at Daschau or Auschwitz) pressured Jefferson Dee Martin into falsifying his testimony against me because the Federal Government was in the process of securing a Rico Indictment against the MC I
was once a part of. You see, the Feds couldn't have a Law abiding attorney who was the President of his Chapter testify for the MC when it was time for trail so their remedy was to Indict me falsely and hope that I was as weak as that B***h Jefferson Dee Martin and rollover on the MC.

That never happened. After 2 years and 9 months my "case" was ultimately dismissed by the USA in Las Vegas Nevada where this charade started.

I won. The Govt. Lost.

Imagine my shock when I was finally clear of this fairytale of an Indictment and I learned that those who claimed allegiance stole from, slandered and sent me down the road.

I will never understand why any man or woman would want me as their enemy. That's a mistake.

I never signed for Time served.

And now the Feds have debriefed a massive turd in preparation for Round II who was 2nd in line slandering me and was responsible for sending me down the road.

This week, my 2nd to last criminal case was dismissed in Victorville Court. It was a w**d case so it wasn't hard but it wasn't easy to get dismissed either. My remaining case is 2 felony counts of Carjacking that I will get dismissed also. My client is cool AF. He was just having a bad day.

All in all, I kicked D.A. ass here in San Bernardino County. I never lost a jury trial here. And that includes Lile in Prison cases, 18 year Prison exposure cases etc ......

It has been an interesting journey in this County but I'm keeping my practice to El Pueblo de Nuestra Señora la Reina de los Ángeles de Porciúncula.
