Unlike most people I’ve mentored, who often fall short, Allie was relentless. Great energy at the Tom Ferry event in San Diego with 8 of our agents! In 2018 I attended a Tom Ferry event that changed the trajectory of my career. To be able to have all of our agent attend this amazing even free of charge was a game changer! If you have never been to a TF even you have to go. It gives you perspective and allows you to take stock of what your doing well and also what you could improve upon.

At this event We explored the latest in real estate and AI, and left with powerful strategies to move the needle. One solid takeaway is all it takes—execution over everything!
