🏡💧 This is why it is SO important to complete a septic inspection on any property you purchase! 🔍✅
Even when there are no obvious issues, an inspection can reveal whether the distribution box or drain field may need repairs or replacement in the future. In this case, it was clear from the inspection that the distribution box was not doing its job properly. 🚧
Our first step will be to jet the lines 💦, and if that does not solve the problem, a new drain field may be required.

How It Works
The “schedule” number tells you the pipe wall thickness:
Schedule 20 = thinner wall
Schedule 40 = standard/heavier wall
Schedule 80 = very thick/heavy-duty wall
