Position: Associate
Location: Hybrid (Remote/Parkland)
Compensation: Competitive

The ideal candidate will possess:

✅ 2-4 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a strong track record of success.
✅ Corporate law experience is preferred, but not required, as the position entails both litigation and transactional work.
✅ Exceptional research and writing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
✅ A commitment to professionalism, integrity, and delivering exceptional client service.
✅ A team player mentality and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and opposing counsel.
✅ An entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow with the firm.

We often hear the term "AI" being thrown around a lot these days, but it's rare that we actually get to hear deeper insight from industry experts about how this emerging technology is, and will, impact our way of life -- both the good and the bad.

This morning I had the honor and good fortune of attending and participating in a Parkland Chamber of Commerce event that did just that. We had an amazing panel discussion on the topic of "The Pivotal Role of A.I. in Law, Education, Finance & Healthcare", sponsored by Mariano Cherry Roofing.

And this is what makes the Parkland Chamber of Commerce so great. It not only attracts a robust network of skilled and experienced business owners and professionals, and cultivates a strong local business community that supports one another, but it also facilitates and organizes incredible events such as this that educate, enlighten and provide true value to its members.
