My law office is seeking an experienced legal secretary/legal assistant with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook, or similar software programs. Primary duties and responsibilities include formatting and typing documents, filing, answering the phone, interacting with the public, good organizational skills, greeting clients in the office, copying, faxing and scanning document. Must posess excellent record keeping and documentation skills, andmustbecomfortableworking under the pressure of deadlines. Hours are somewhat flexible and will generally between 30-35 per week.
