This can be a huge issue in many DUI defense cases-so I’m hoping they post. In my experience and opinion it is junk science because it depends on so many variables being “assumed”. We know what that old adage is about “assumed”!

A few years back we posted about how ridiculous weather forecasters are-i.e. How they are either just wrong 50 percent of the time (coin toss) or they waaaaay overdramatize!

Today I worked from home. At some point I was updating Alexa devices and she piped in about a huge weather advisory! I had thought we were getting some rain and a day long cold spell.

BUT NO!

So this upcoming winter weather advisory proves the point! The weather news forecast peeps are all 6 inches in Northwest suburbs. IPHONE weather app says nothing of the sort!
For mine and everyone North of City sake-let’s hope the 6 o’clock news weather person totally wrong!!!
I can’t handle another full on snow!!!!!

PS. Has anyone else noticed it’s been the terrible weather consistently on every Thursday?!?!?!

Happy New Year from LauraLaw!!!
Since this year we had to cancel last week’s Holiday party for first time in decade-somehow at 3:30 yesterday (after a 2 1/2 hour Zoom court argument)- I wrangled the gang together who were still at the office!!!

First up is this year’s belated gifts of matching “Ugly Christmas Sweaters” although all agreed not so ugly!!!

Moving counterclockwise Dean thinks he is photo bombing the impromptu group picture…

The lower right is the “tradition” Tim & I established of walking out last together at the end of the year!!! Hard to believe it’s only been a year and a month since we moved into our fabulous new spaces on November 30th, 2021! It’s so comfortable that we all feel like we have actually always been there.
