Can you still buy near Deer Valley for under $1M? Yep — but you may need to widen the map a little.

Jordanelle and Hideout can open up a very different set of options, especially if you care more about proximity, views and newer construction than having “Park City” in the mailing address.

And this is exactly where local knowledge matters, because two homes that look close together online can feel very different once you factor in access, HOA structure, views and resale.

Sundance — Dec 4
Deer Valley — Dec 5
Woodward Park City — TBD
