This closing was about much more than buying a new construction home. It was about making every piece of the transition work together.

We first helped our buyers sell their existing home, negotiating a leaseback that allowed them to stay in place while their new home was being built. From there, we stayed alongside them throughout the construction process, from design decisions and progress along the way to the final walkthrough and knowing what to look for before closing.

One thing we always remind buyers: when purchasing new construction, the builder has a team representing their interests. You deserve someone representing yours, too.

Many of the Park City sellers I work with don't live here full time. Some haven't been inside their home in months, and the idea of getting it ready, clearing out years of belongings, and selling it from a few states away can feel like a lot.

The good news is you don't have to fly back for every step. My team and I can walk the house, line up the cleaners, contractors and stagers, sort out what to do with the skis in the garage, keep an eye on things while it's listed, and coordinate inspections and keys right through closing.
