September’s single-family home market across the Wasatch Back showed strong activity in several key areas, with sales volume increasing in four of the five markets tracked.

Snyderville Basin stood out with 66 homes sold, up 68%, while the median sold price climbed 45% to $4.21 million. Kamas Valley also experienced a significant increase in activity, with 17 sales, up 90%, and a median sold price of $945,000. Heber Valley recorded 34 sales, up 10%, accompanied by a 20% increase in median sold price to nearly $1.2 million.

Within Park City limits, 12 homes sold, up 20%, although the median sold price declined 36% to $3.31 million. The Jordanelle area remained steady at eight sales, while its median sold price reached $4.41 million.

Days on market increased in most areas, highlighting a market where buyers may have more time to evaluate their options. With considerable differences from one neighborhood to the next, understanding the local numbers remains essential for buyers and sellers as we move further into the fall market.
