Next project. It’s not always about tearing down everything and building new….

We are taking this 2200 SF/ 3 bed / 2 bath home on a 19,000 SF cul-de-sac lot and turning it into a 2400 SF / 4 BED / 2.5 bath home. Some of the key renovations are:

1) Blowing out the back wall, adjusting the rear roof line, and adding 200 SQFT
2) Flipping the kitchen and living great room to create a large chefs kitchen
3) Adding a full 16’ stackable glass wall to back yard
4) And an 8’ stackable countertop window with bar top for indoor outdoor serving from the kitchen/ bar area
5) Creating a new laundry area and powder room
6) Reworking the existing primary en suite by doubling the size of the shower and adding a large walk in closet
7) Adding an office/4th bedroom

These are just a few highlights of what is going to be taking place. Stay tuned and follow along!
