Before becoming a real estate professional, I spent 20+ years in the electrical industry and have done just about everything there is to do in the electrical field. My career in the electrical industry has taught me a lot about work ethic, budgets, time management, and working under pressure. My construction experience has also given me a very eclectic and practical knowledge base, and has allowed me to give sound advice to my clients on everything from lighting to HVAC and plumbing. Being a life long resident of the Omaha area with my wife and four daughters has also given me a unique knowledge of the Omaha area and it's perpetual evolution.
