After 4 years of attacks on immigration, Biden began to unwind some of the restrictions imposed over the past four years. Here's a very brief summary of Immigration changes we saw on Day 1:
1) the "Muslim Ban" is lifted!
2) No more border wall
3) DACA is safe
4) Refocus deportation efforts based on priorities
5) Extends protection of Liberians

This is just the beginning. January 29th is his Immigration day... more to come!

If you couldn't meet the October 1 deadline to file your application prior to fee increases, you're getting another shot to file with the current fees--we don't know how long this injunction will last so act fast! Fees for almost all applications will increase. For adjustment of status cases fees are set to increase by $1045 and for naturalization applications, the fees are set to increase by $850!

The court ruling deals a blow to Trump administration plans to restrict immigration and naturalization by raising fees.
