This story starts in 2004. We got married . . . in health class . . . then we got a B on our marriage project. Ha! Sounds about right. 😁

Let’s fast forward a tad to today. The Pindrop Group with Keller Williams Gulfside is owned by Nick and Natalie Pindar. We are originally from New Jersey and relocated to Pinellas County, FL in 2014. We design our life around our family. It only made sense to us to get our real estate licenses and work together as a team. A team we had already been, through different industries for 10 years. Pinellas is where both our boys have been born and they continue to thrive. In 2017 we were thrown into the deep end of Stage 4 cancer and realized without the help of others we would always be responsible for performing every detail of our business ourselves.

This is the year our focus shifted to growth through others. It could no longer wait. In 2019 we signed on our first team member. What we could see with clarity was we excelled at the ability to grow other people. The track record was long of the lives we had changed along the way just by being us. It was something we needed to expand on. It gave us our #1 goal which is to lead people to showcase their best potential. To lead others on how to change lives starting with their own.

The Pindrop Group is a team of leaders that specializes in residential sales throughout Tampa Bay. We lead our agents to engage with customers on a daily basis. Our agents in turn lead their customers to success. Why the pindrop? Because, we are where you are in whatever stage of real estate need that is.
