Hurricane Timesharing...

This is not the time to get hung up on whose time it is.

If one parent's home is zoned better than the other's, put (OR keep) your children there. If one parent is evacuating with the children to get them to safety, let them.

When this all dies down, work it out to make up the missed time. (You don't even need your attorneys to work out this missed time...just work it out).

The bottom line -- your children's safety comes first. You can't go tell a judge you put your children's needs ahead of your own wants if you don't let your children go to a safe zone during this storm.

With Hurricane Milton’s incoming tantrum over his missing Swingline Stapler, Gurley Law, P.A. will be closed for the remainder of the week.

Our office is in today to move what we can (appointment-wise) and seek extensions on what we can’t.

Our staff needs this time to finalize their storm prep and for recovery, if needed.
