I'd like to give my open and honest feedback on Veronica, my real estate agent, and share with you how it was like working with her. To begin, I want to commend her for her hard work and dedication in helping sellers and buyers alike. She often went beyond her job for me, she worked long hours and dealt with everyone involved in the transaction, and she brought it to a complete and satisfactory end. First, she found me a half dozen homes that were around my budget, and then she prepared even more possible places to see the following day. I found my dream house almost immediately (I think it was the third one we looked at), but decided to see the rest before letting her know. I spent hours looking at several homes with my agent. I developed an open, clear, and trusting relationship with her. I truly felt like we were a team. I told her about the house I liked and asked her to negotiate with the seller for me. Veronica's negotiation skills managed to lower the seller's asking price, saving me thousands. The effort she put into getting me the best deal possible made my experience even more satisfying. As a first-time home buyer, I didn't know how long the buying process was going to take. For the next few weeks, Veronica would quickly answer all my calls, emails, and texts. She kept me informed about everything. If I asked something she didn't know, she would say that to me and add "but I'll have an answer for you soon" making me feel like I was her first priority. She was able to explain complex contract details in a simple to understand way to me, which was especially helpful. There were stressful moments in the process, but she was always reassuring me that things were moving forward in the most positive way. She went out of her way to ensure every detail was taken care of – from arranging a home inspection for the insurance company, to correcting potential issues in the mobile home park application. I needed more time for my application to get approved, and there were delays in obtaining home insurance, which slowed the escrow to close. She was incredibly patient and understanding of my situation. She genuinely cares for you, her support extended beyond the transaction. Her remarkable efficiency in expediting paperwork and scheduling viewings. She was always on time for our appointments. She gave me advice, got me the information I needed, and guided me through the complexities of these transactions. She made me feel that every decision I made mattered to her. And, she ensured everything went well through closing. Thanks to her teaching skills, her personal touch, and her ability to connect with everyone involved, it made buying my first house a comfortable experience.
