One thing I've learned as I've gotten older is how easy it is to start saying no. No, I'm too busy. No, I'm too old. No, maybe another time. I've decided I want to keep saying YES—to pickleball, lunch with a friend, a new adventure, learning something new, and sometimes doing something completely outside my comfort zone.
