I am proud to share that Capobianco Law has been recognized among California’s top verdicts of 2025 for the $15.8 million jury verdict we secured for Genera Corporation in Orange County Superior Court.
This result was ranked No. 6 on the Top 10 Labor and Employment Verdicts in California and was also recognized among the Top 50 Verdicts in the state across all case types.

After trial, our team successfully defeated every post-trial motion seeking to overturn the result and secured an additional $623,256 in costs and expert fees for our client.
