DEAR HOMEBUYER,
My address is 5023 SW Martin Commons Way in Palm City and I am looking for a new owner. These current people have been so good to me in the 5 years they’ve owned me. They’ve given me gutters, paved my driveway and even got under my soil! That’s right, well and irrigation are beautiful! And they didn’t cheap out! Nope they gave me a pool with a hot tub! I can’t even begin to tell you about the fun we can have. Let me preface it with this…. You can change my lights FROM YOUR PHONE!! And they were so thoughtful, they paved around the entire home! That helps me to take care of myself LONG TERM, but it also makes bathroom trips for these kids much easier. My cabana bath means my owners don’t have a slippery mess to clean. Although, if someone did fall they’d get a really nice view of my incredibly high ceilings! It’s ok if you have kids or if you don’t. I’m easy to take care of and an absolute joy to live in. My kitchen has 2 islands, 3 ovens, top of the line appliances AND a walk in pantry. I have to be honest though, I have very high standards for my living situation so privacy is very important to me. So if you buy me, I’ll shield you from the rest of the world without you needing to constantly care for me. Why are they leaving me? Beats me… I guess they think the grass is greener on the other side 🤣😂 Their loss is your gain. Come visit me. Let me show you the way you deserve to be treated. Come live the life you’ve always wanted. I’m here to welcome you with open arms! This Melissa lady is crazy, I’m not sure how much longer I can handle her. She takes pictures and videos EVERYTHING.
