Any real estate agents here?

As the annual invoices just came out; I have to rant...

Is paying $650 a year just to rent a trademark really worth it?
I spent approximately $16,000 through the years before realizing the truth:
I wasn’t getting support—I was supporting them!

For all that money, I never received anything valuable that I don’t already have today as a non-member.
What I did get were unnecessary rules, constant threats, and outdated demands.
The reality?
There’s nothing defective about my own ethics.
Do I really need to be under the duress of threats and fines?
I am not a child needing discipline.
I follow state and federal laws and MLS rules and they cover all necessities.

I was being taught ethics by an organization whose president was being exposed for sexual misconduct himself... how not funny is that?

While they were bragging about protecting our industry, they made it much worse by caving into a settlement. This settlement cost agents a lot of buyers who refuse to commit to paying their commission.

They bragged about keeping the industry 1099 instead of W2, but mortgage agents are also 1099 contractors without their help... how is that?

That’s why our agents broke free from outdated board-controlled business models.
Now, they invest in themselves, keep 100% of their commissions, pay zero fees, and owe nothing to any board or mafia.
(Our agents only pay for MLS and Supra key and license renewals.)

Because true freedom is building your business without paying to be ruled, judged, fined or dictated to.

Many people don't file a claim to their regular homeowners insurance in fear of their rates doubling after.
So I discovered a plan that covers household contents separately from the regular homeowners policy, like an add-on, so claims can't raise your rates.

The premiums for a $20,000 household contents policy is approximatey $22. per month now.

All Local Real Estate Agents: Urgent! Read & Share This!

After more than 25 years in the real estate industry, I’ve seen how traditional brokerages take a significant bite out of agents’ hard-earned commissions. It’s time for that to change.

I remember the frustration of seeing those pay stubs—line after line of fees eating away at what I had earned. That frustration lit the fire in me to challenge the status quo and put an end to corporate greed in real estate.

Instead of handing money over to a brand name, they can invest those thousands into building their own brand—one that reflects their values, reputation, and vision.

In my opinion, the only agents who might benefit from the traditional corporate brokerage model are those just starting out—fresh from licensing school and in need of basic training classes.

But for experienced professionals? It’s time to break free and take control.

Stop renting a trademark and being a follower. Build your own name — and take control of your future.

They want you to think memberships are mandatory, but they are not!
