An update on s*xual abuse cases with Boy Scouts of America involving an estimated 95,000 claims.

A Delaware bankruptcy judge allowed the Boy Scouts of America to move ahead Thursday with an $850 million piece of a restructuring agreement aimed at resolving tens of thousands of s*xual abuse claims, while leaving unsettled a dispute over a major insurer's proposed $650 million payout cap.

A woman took matters into her own hands after a Kansas prosecutor declined to file s*x crime charges against a man she says turned consensual s*x into a terrifying assault. She's used an 1887 state law allowing citizens to convene grand juries. (May 25)
