All up in my feelings as I watched the sunset tonight.
Just wondering, when people choose a business, do they care that the owners live in the same community? That we shop at the same stores, eat at the same restaurants, raise our kids in the same schools, and give back to the same community that supports us?
Or, at the end of the day, does the business with the biggest marketing budget win?
As a local business owner, competing against the wealthiest law firms in Vegas, I think about this often. Newvine Law isnβt just a business in Pahrump. This is my home. Itβs where I grew up, where Iβm raising my kids, and where Iβve chosen to build something I hope makes a difference.
I know having deep roots in a community doesnβt automatically make someone better at their job. But Iβd like to believe that being invested in the people you serve means something.
Iβm curious: When choosing a business, especially something as important as an attorney, does supporting local matter to you? Or is it really just about who has the biggest presence and the loudest advertising?
Also would love to see your sunset photos from tonight!
