Donovan D. Dobbs earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice at Northeastern State University in 1988. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1991. Mr. Dobbs went into private practice in 1991, and also served as the Municipal Judge for the City of Porter, OK from 1997-1998. For more than 30 years Mr. Dobbs has dedicated his legal career as a trial attorney in both public service and private practice. Healy David earned his Bachelor of Science degree with a finance concentration from Liberty University in 1998 and graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2003, after which time he served the citizens of the State of Missouri first as a law clerk for the Missouri Court of Appeals and then as an Assistant Greene County Prosecuting Attorney. He graduated from Ozark, Missouri High School, Missouri State University (BS Economics), and the University of Missouri, School of Law (JD). David has practiced law since 1976, and has served as the Prosecuting Attorney for Christian County, Missouri and as a Municipal Judge.
