those kits aren't nothing, but they're definitely not the same thing as a plan built for YOUR situation, in Florida, by someone who actually reviews it🫶🏼

here's what generic templates don't catch…

→ Florida's specific witness and ex*****on rules
→ the blended family issue
→ the out-of-state property
→ the homestead question (this one's a BIG one in Florida)

and one small mistake?? the whole document can be thrown out.

the scariest part? you won't find out until it's too late to fix it🥺

apparently we all had "treat yourself" energy this morning because look what walked in the door👀

five starbucks orders. five completely different vibes. five women who officially cannot function without their morning caffeine (relatable)😅

but genuinely?? this is the good stuff.

the little moments in between the meetings and the paperwork and the "does this trust need to be updated" conversations…

two states. two sets of rules. two potential court systems if something happens🥺

so before you pack up the car (or the plane), here's your little checklist to save for travel week👇🏼

1 · confirm which state you're actually a resident of
2 · make sure your documents work in florida, not just up north
3 · know who can legally act for you in BOTH states
4 · update your mailing address on all your accounts (please)
5 · book your review appointment while you're in town — not after you leave 😅
