Congratulations to former Professor Kyle Duncan on being confirmed to serve on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals! Duncan spent four years at Ole Miss Law as an associate professor and taught classes on the Uniform Commercial Code, Professional Responsibility and Ethics, Admiralty, Constitutional Structures, the First Amendment, Law and Economics, and European Union Law.

The Federalist Society and BLSA are sponsoring an event today at 12:45pm in Weems Auditorium. The panel will feature John Malcolm, Professor Cliff Johnson, and Mr. Russell Latino. Professor Chris Green will moderate. The discussion will focus on areas of criminal justice reform at the national and state level. Chick-fil-A will be provided.
