This means that your first year the interest rate will be 3% less than our normal rate, the second year 2%, and so on until you reach our normal interest rate at year 4. But you don’t have to wait 4 years to payoff the note. If you decide to refinance or build sometime during year 1 or 2, you still save money in the long run.
