The Overland Park Police Department Traffic Unit will be conducting traffic enforcement in the area of W.135th and U.S. 69 Hwy starting on 6/27/22. The enforcement will focus on texting, speeding and following too close to. The goal is to reduce accidents within the area.

The Overland Park Kansas Police Department is conducting a DUI Saturation Patrol on Friday, April 26th, 2019. It is the police department’s goal to reduce alcohol related auto crashes and discourage impaired driving within the community.

The DUI Saturation Patrol will begin at 10:00 PM, and the enforcement will not end until 2:00 AM. The Traffic Safety Unit will hold a briefing prior to initiating the enforcement.
