To any teacher, administrator, or public elected official, I would gladly consider representing you on a contingency fee basis, with a free consultation, for defamation, or negligent infliction of emotional distress if selfish or ignorant people who file baseless claims and sue you over passing mask mandates. We are allowed to pass laws and regulations for the health, safety, and welfare of the People. Moreover, even if a statute allows for the challenging of Covid-19 measures, tort-feasors (wrong doers) still have to answer for common law torts.

To the People of Johnson County, thank you for the opportunity to serve you at JCCC. What does JCCC mean to you? What could we do better? And, finally, what would you like to see us do in the future?

Our College is extremely important to my family as my mother, father, three brothers, and myself all attended: the College lifted us out of poverty. Now, we work to continue the dream for others and to fuel this economic engine of our region.

The reported problems with Philips CPAP and BiPAP machines are that the foam degrades over time, causing particles to break away and directly enter the user’s airways, lodging in their lungs and that the foam gives off fumes of two toxic chemicals which are then inhaled by the users.

In the cases where the PE-PUR foam particles break off and enter the user’s body, the body will react in two ways. One way is when particles continue to degrade and enter the user’s bloodstream, passing along toxins to other organs and parts of the body. The other way is when the body will attempt to encapsulate the particles, which then increases the probability of cancer.

Additional health risks to inhaling PE-PUR foam particles and gasses include headache, irritation, inflammation, respiratory issues, nausea, and vomiting.

Phillips Respironics, the world’s largest manufacturer of CPAPs, has issued recalls for a large number of their CPAP and BiPAP devices. This is due to the degradation of the polyester-based poly
