If a client can call you a friend at the end of a long home sale...I think a whole lot of things went right.
Never is selling just transactional...it's a complex emotional process and sometimes in odd markets it takes time and trust. You just have to keep showing up.

We zigged...we zagged and yes it took awhile to meet the right buyer for this beautiful home..but when the timing is right it all falls into place. When you hire me realize I don't quit until we cross that finish line...today was that day. 🏃‍♀️🏁🏡

Got her locked down under contract again before the Holidays..someone said to me are you taking some downtime during the holidays and I laughed...I am so busy it's crazy!
