I started Waltrip and Associates in 2007 with a vision of providing comprehensive medical analysis with an eye on legal rules and regulations and rules of evidence. I have worked in both for profit and not-for-profit facilities. I have worked in large university teaching hospitals and rural community hospitals. I have been staff, part-time and agency. I have had good and bad expreinces in all sett

ings. In other words, I have been around! In 2007 I graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law with my Juris Doctorate in Law and a Certificate in International Trade and Finance. I never intended to practice law. I always intended to combine the two. I have a Nursing degree from Fort Scott Community College and a Bachlors of Business Administration from Pittsburg State University. My associates are nurse consultants from every field of nursing and therapy available. I utilize only nurses with one of the following:
-Minimum ten years experience in said area of expertise
-Certified as an expert from the accrediting body (CCRN, MSRN, etc)

Many are nurse educators working either in the hospital setting or in the educational field. I have twenty years of expreience and if I don't consider them qualified as an expert, I don't use them. I only want the best of each field working with me. I seek these people out because they are the best, most experienced at what they do. They will be able to educate your team and the jurors because they know their subject matter inside and out. That is my promise to you.
