As a firm that is familiar with both sides of Fair Housing cases, we are sharing this cautionary "tail" :)

This article highlights a federal case out of Nevada, where a community association denied a disabled owner access to the clubhouse with her support animal. The result of a series of shockingly bad decisions by the association, was an award by a federal judge to the disabled owner in total over $600,000 *plus* attorneys' fees.
