What should you expect for cost?

State Mandatory Notary Fee:
Taking acknowledgment - $5.00

Taking acknowledgment (each additional name)- $2.00

Administering oath or affirmation (per individual taking oath or affirmation) - $5.00

Taking verification on oath or affirmation (no matter how many signatures) - $5.00

Witnessing or attesting a signature (per signature) - $5.00

Certifying or attesting a copy or deposition (per certified copy) - $5.00

Noting a protest of a negotiable instrument (per page) - $3.00

Travel and Admin fees will be added.

We have two employees that can help with your notary needs. (double the availability!)

We can notarize most documents. (only items we can NOT notarize are the transfer of tax and tags for vehicles)

We can meet in a mutual location, your home, or Monday thru Friday during the hours of 7:30a-4:30pm, you may come to my work office. OR we can set up an online session.

At this time, we are unable to notarize the tax and tags for transferring a vehicle title. We can notarize the title but the rest of the process will still need to be handled.

We can notarize everything else.

I am certified to travel as well as online.

That means, you can come to my office, I can come to you OR we can set up an online meetings as long as you have all your docs in electronic form.
