I often hear… they paid $400K for it x years ago. That has nothing to do with the value of a home today.

We all wish we would’ve purchased the home then… or ten homes then.

Every year, someone announces that agents are finally finished.

The headline writes itself. New app. New algorithm. New "disruption." Same prediction.

Here's the actual scoreboard after a decade of trying:

One company burned nearly a billion dollars attempting to buy and flip homes using its own valuation tool, then quietly shut the program down.
