In Florida, sellers are frustrated right now…

Homes that would’ve sold instantly 2 years ago are now sitting on the market longer.

Buyers have more choices again.

I often hear… they paid $400K for it x years ago. That has nothing to do with the value of a home today.

We all wish we would’ve purchased the home then… or ten homes then.
