Cooper & Fernandez took a case to trial that lasted 4 days before a 12 person jury. After approximately 8.5 hours of jury deliberations, the jury returned a Not Guilty on CT 1 and a lesser included on CT 2. The original charges were two counts of lewd or lascivious.

Intro to one of our summer interns: Hello, my name is Kayla Giamanco. I’m a senior in my final semester at UCF, excited to gain hands-on knowledge through my internship with Cooper & Fernandez Law PLLC.
