Things NOT in my Realtor job description… 😂🌿

My seller had to travel for work while some work was being done at her home and asked if I could be there for her.

Well… she also happens to have this beautiful peace lily that I’ve watered for her before. And if you know me, you KNOW I wasn’t going to sit there and ignore those sad leaves. 😂

So while I was there, she got a little TLC too. 💚

Dead leaves trimmed ✔️
Leaves cleaned ✔️
A good drink of water ✔️
And back near the window where she seems much happier. 🪴

Of course, all with my seller’s blessing!

Sometimes taking care of a home means taking care of the little things too. And apparently, if you have plants… they may become my clients as well. 😂🌿

She came to me wanting to simply explore her options. No pressure, no rush, just see what was out there.

We scheduled 3 homes for her first day of showings.

And then we got to this one. 😍

The home was beautiful, but that backyard and peaceful water view made it extra special. Sometimes you don’t need to see 10, 15 or 20 homes.

When it’s the one, you just know.

From the day we first met to getting her dream home under contract… just 5 days! 🙌

Now we’re about 30 days away from handing her the keys. 🔑🏡

This is why I always tell people you don’t have to be 100% ready to start asking questions. Sometimes the first step is simply understanding your options and seeing what’s possible.

And sometimes… home #3 turns out to be THE ONE. ❤️

So excited for my buyer and everything ahead!

She wasn’t planning to buy a home that day… she just wanted to explore her options. ❤️

We had only 5 homes scheduled to see, and then we walked into this one.

The house was beautiful, but THAT backyard view? 😍 That was the moment.

Sometimes you can look at 20 homes and still not feel it. And sometimes, you walk into one and you just know… this is home. 🏡

From the first day we met to her very first day of showings—just 5 days later, we secured the home she fell in love with. 🙌

Now we’re officially under contract and just about 30 days away from handing her the keys to her dream home. 🔑❤️

I absolutely love being part of moments like this.
